How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-3 days.

How long it takes to receive my order?

It depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

For domestic shipping, the standard delivery via the United States Postal Service (USPS) takes between 1-5 business days after the item has been shipped. Most customers receive their goods after 2-3 days of placing their orders. We also offer overnight shipping at an extra cost.

For international shipping, we use DHL and UPS.

DHL is the fastest shipping method and takes approximatively 2-3 days to most European countries, and 5-6 days to most African countries.

UPS takes about 4-6 days in most European countries, and 7-14 days to Africans countries.
